I have enjoyed 20 + years in business development, serving a diverse client base in marketing communications, technology, database management, and real estate. An entrepreneur at heart, I attribute my success to my insatiable curiosity and determination to arrive at a mutually beneficial outcome. Simply put—I like to make my customers happy.
I was born and raised in Tuxedo Park NY, and have lived in Boston, MA, Charleston, SC, and Atlanta, GA. Like so many of my customers, it took just one visit to the Gulf Coast of SW Florida to convince me that I had found my new home.
When we refer to Sarasota as “paradise” we aren’t just talking about the weather. Sarasota is home to people from around the globe who enjoy the unique convergence of metropolitan culture, lifelong learning, and natural beauty. We are recognized on the international stage for our performing arts. The area’s cluster of colleges gives rise to numerous lifelong learning classes, and if that isn’t enough, from the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico to the wildlife of The Myakka Region, our paradise offers amazing eco-tourism and outdoor adventure opportunities for all ages.
Helping both sellers and buyers of residential real estate, I work in Sarasota and Manatee counties which include: Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Venice, and the barrier islands of Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria and Casey Key. I specialize in the architectural styles of the Gulf Coast: Old Florida’ bungalows and beach cottages filled with character and charm, sleek and bright mid-century moderns, magnificent coastal family retreats, artist village live/work spaces, waterfront condos on the barrier islands, and sleek buildings that rise above the cafes and galleries in downtown Sarasota.
