Bounded by I-75 to the east, Lockwood Ridge Road to the west, Desoto Road to the north and 17th Street to the south. Homes in this area range from the $300’s to over $1 million. Desoto Lakes is a suburban area with primarily three or four bedroom to studio-sized single-family homes and apartment complexes. Most of the residential real estate is occupied by a mixture of owners and renters. Many of the residences in the Desoto Lakes neighborhood were built between 1970 and 1999.
